Mehron Mixing Liquid.  Its unique formula creates a water-resistant seal for extreme long wear. Works really well with Mehron Metallic Pigments. Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with Metallic Powder to create a metallic liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and washes off easily with soap and water.
